Alere

In 2003, I co-founded Alere with Gene Edelbach. I designed the logo and branding for us, plus the ten employees who came to work here. Adventist school systems hired us to re-brand their individual schools, often 8-10 per district, and upgrade logo, marketing materials and website for each. In the three years we operated, I designed countless pieces for 130 separate schools. I gave presentations to educators, fielded phone calls from parents and recruiters, and facilitated printing and shipping materials to 130 schools on deadlines. I streamlined by creating templates for recurring marketing and hiring an assistant to manage their implementation in 2005.
